  • 1/4 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled hoisin sauce or possibly Chinese barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover; shake well. Chill up to 3 days; shake before using.
  2. Yield: "12 Tbsp."
