Hmarcha Rawt | Roasted Green Chilli Chutney - Mizoram Chutney
Roasted green chillies crushed with ginger and onions. A simple chutney as a side.

Ingredients
20 Green chillies, stemmed (1)
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onions (2)
- 1" Ginger piece
Instructions
Heat a pan and roast until the chillies blister and turn brown. Cool it.
Coarsely grind the chillies, ginger and onions. (3)
Notes
This is a very hot chutney. So if you are uncomfortable with the heat, get chillies that are of less heat. I used long medium heat chillies in this recipe.
If you can very finely chop the onion, add it directly to the ground chilli and ginger chutney. Else pulse it a bit.
The consistency of this is thick and chunky. So if your quantity is less, just crush it using a mortar and pestle.
