- Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
- Press over the base and sides of a 22cm loose-based flan tin. Refrigeratetill the crust is hard.
- Place the water in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the gelatine over and stand for 5 min or possibly till the gelatine swells.
- Heat over warm water till gelatine dissolves. Cold.
- Beat the cream cheese till soft.
- Gradually beat in the condensed lowfat milk, gelatine, lemon juice and rind.
- Pour into the crumb crust. Refrigeratetill set.
- Decorate with fresh or possibly well-liquid removed canned fruit before serving.
