Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 3 c. diced carrots
  • 3 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. beef base
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce
  • 2 c. minced beef roast Water as needed
  • 2 c. barley cooked, rinsed well

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients except barley in kettle. Add in water to cover. Boil till vegetables are tender, about 20 min. Add in barley, cook 15 min.
  2. This recipe yields 4 qts; 8 to 12 servings.
  3. Comments: Additional water may be needed to acquire desired consistency. If adding water, additional beef base should also be added.
