  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound can Hershey syrup
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 sm. can cream
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts

  1. CAKE: Beat sugar and butter till creamed. Add in large eggs, beat well. Add in dry ingredients and syrup, beat well. Add in nuts. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan or possibly cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till doesn't leave finger print.FROSTING: Heat butter, add in lowfat milk and sugar. Boil to slow boil and cook 7 min. Turn off heat and add in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir till melted, add in nuts and vanilla. Beat only till it begins to thicken, then pour over a loaf or possibly sheet cake which is still warm.
