Ингредиенты

  • 1 jar prepared herring
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. pickled beet salad
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. pickles
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 c. cool boiled potatoes
  • 1 c. diced apples
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley

Инструкции

  1. First cook and peel and dice the potatoes. While potatoes are still hot, add in dressing. Add in all remaining ingredients. Let stand several hrs in a cold place, but avoid refrigeration unless it is a very warm day.
