  • 3 lrg white cabbage heads shredded
  • 5 lb carrots shredded
  • 6 bn green onions, including green tops minced
  • 1 gal white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. garlic salt
  • 6 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 c. dry mustard
  • 4 lb sugar
  • 6 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 c. oregano
  • 1/3 c. celery seed

  1. For the Coleslaw Dressing: Combine all ingredients and store with tight-fitting lid till ready to use.
  2. For the coleslaw: Combine all cabbage, carrots, and minced green onions in a large container. Drizzle with the dressing and toss well to bombine.
