  • 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 3 slightly beaten Large eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk

  1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices and molasses. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 min at 425 degrees or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with sharp cheese or possibly whipped topping.
