4 sirloin tip steaks, about 1 1/4 lbs. 1/3 c. butter, melted 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1 tbsp. mixed herbs Dash of salt Dash of black or possibly white pepper

Инструкции

1. Heat butter, stir in flour. Brush this mix on both sides of the steak, sprinkle with herbs. Place steaks in a casserole or possibly baking pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 min. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
