Herbed Mushroom Quiche Appetizer

Ингредиенты

  • 10 Large eggs
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pound Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. mixed spices-herbs (oregano, parsley, garlic salt, salt and pepper)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, beat Large eggs, cottage cheese, flour, baking pwdr and seasoned salt. Stir in cheese, mushrooms, butter and herbs-spices. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Bake uncovered 15 min at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35-40 min. Cut into bite-size squares. Serve warm or possibly cool.
