Herbed Garlic Potatoes

The anise flavor from the tarragon gives these potatoes a interesting kick.

Ингредиенты

  • 2 Lbs. Small Red Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives, Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Fresh Tarragon, Chopped or 1/2 Tsp. Dried
  • 2 - 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 Strips Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Инструкции

  1. Cut the potatoes in half and place in a saucepan; cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the parsley, chives, tarragon and garlic; cook and stir over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the potatoes, bacon, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
