  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon finely minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Combine ingredients by hand. Mix well. Store in refrigerator. Yields 1 pint.
