Ингредиенты

4 chicken breasts, (boned and skinned, seasoned with salt and pepper) Herbed Pepperidge Farm dressing mix 1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. finely minced parsley 1 stick melted butter

Инструкции

1. Season chicken, dip in melted butter. Have cheese, 1 to 1 1/4 c. dry crushed dressing mix and parsley in a bowl. Dip chicken pcs and coat generously on all sides. Place on cookie sheet - bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. A cut up fryer, skinned, can be used.
