Ингредиенты

2 pound swordfish steaks 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 2 teaspoon crushed garlic

4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 teaspoon dill weed Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients except fish. Put fish in shallow baking dish and pour marinate over fish. Prick all over with a fork. Marinate for 1-3 hrs, turning several times. Barbeque over warm grill for approximately 3 min per side.
