Ингредиенты

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil 1/8 c. wine vinegar 1/8 c. Balsamic vinegar (or possibly 1/4 c. wine vinegar total) 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1-2 cloves garlic Assorted fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, sage, thyme) Salt and fresh grnd pepper

1. This is the best combination but you can make up your own or possibly just use one (especially cilantro).
2. Peel and press garlic. Put all ingredients in blender and blend till creamy. Easy and delicious!
