Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 teaspoon thyme (dry, crumbled)
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger

Инструкции

  1. Fold in order given. Drop by small teaspoonful on cookie sheet (greased). They spread, so do not place closer than 1 1/2 inches. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 min.
