- Cook carrots 12 to 15 min in saucepan with water, covered. In a skillet, heat butter, garlic, thyme, celery salt. Remove carrots from heat, add in grapes to carrots and let stand 2 min. Drain liquid. Add in lemon juice to butter mix and toss (pour) over carrots. Serves 6.
