Ингредиенты

1 lg. round steak, cubed 2 tbsp. fat 1 pkg. onion soup mix 4 c. boiling water

2 c. carrots, cut into circles 2 cans mushrooms 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. water

Инструкции

1. Brown meat; stir in onion soup mix with water. Cover and simmer 30 min. Add in carrots and mushrooms; simmer 20 min more. Thicken with water and flour mix. Cook 20 min more or possibly till meat is tender. Top with herb biscuits.
