1 can Pineapple, crushed
1/4 c. Sugar

1 sm Cherries (jar) (optional) Nuts (optional)
2 c. Vegan whipped topping (opt)

Cook rice; drain and rinse. Add in all remaining ingredients and mix. Serve cool.
