Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 4 c. thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 med. apple
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Инструкции

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package; drain. In medium skillet, cook sausage; drain. Add in cabbage, onion, apple, garlic. Stir fry just till tender. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add in cooked spaghetti. Cook and stir till warm. Remove from heat. Add in cheese; toss and mix. 4-6 servings.
