Ингредиенты

  • 8 ounce shell macaroni
  • 1 lrg can tuna
  • 1 pkt frzn mixed vegetables, (10 ounce.) cook & cold
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. sweet gherkins, minced
  • 4 x hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle liquid
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Minced parsley, for garnish

Инструкции

  1. Cook macaroni; drain and rinse in cool water. Drain again. Put in bowl with meat, vegetables, celery, pickle, and Large eggs. Mix next 4 ingredients.
  2. Add in to mix and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. Serves 8.
