Ингредиенты

1/2 c. each finely minced onion, carrot, celery and pepper 1/2 c. eggplant 1/2 c. minced tomatoes 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 1/2 quarts. water

4 1/2 ounce. uncooked lentils 4 ounce. boiled ham, diced 4 packets instant chicken broth seasoning Dash salt and pepper

1. Cook vegetables in 4 qt saucepan, stirring constantly, till onion is translucent/soft. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well to combine, let simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, till vegetables and lentils are tender, 30 to 35 min.
