- Press in food processor till mixed the oatmeal, Parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, pepper. Mix garlic and lowfat milk together in bowl. Place chicken one piece at a time in oatmeal mix, then dip in lowfat milk, and again in oatmeal. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 to 30 min. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
