- Heat the lowfat milk and stir in the quick oats. Let stand 5 min. Add in the dry ingredients - flour, spices, baking pwdr, soda and the molasses and veg. oil. Lastly add in 3 beaten Large eggs, quite stiff. Serve with sliced bananas, orange marmalade or possibly applesauce.
