  • 1 Tbsp. Low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 can (6 ounce.) tuna in water, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 x Hard-cooked egg, grated
  • 1 x Carrot, peeled and grated
  • 3 Tbsp. Low-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 ounce Finely minced, cooked chicken breast, (up to 5)
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Low-fat creamy Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp Minced parsley
