Healthy Raw Peanut Butter Craisin Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup reduced sugar craisins (I used Ocean Spray)
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
- pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
combine all the above ingredients in a food processor.
Place dough in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to harden up a bit.
Roll into balls
Refrigerate an hour or freeze
