- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce on each bread. Microwave or possibly steam vegetables lightly till barely crunchy. Divide broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and bell pepper among breads. Sprinkle each with 1/4 c. cheese. Bake till cheese melts (about 8 min).
