- Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add in lowfat milk, lowfat yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, b/pdr, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins.
- Makes 12muffins.
