- Combine Raisin Bran, sugar, flour and oatmeal, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add in mix of Large eggs, buttermilk, oil and applesauce. Mix well. Fill bread or possibly muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour for bread or possibly 15 min for muffins. Batter can be stored, covered, in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
