Ингредиенты

  • 1 x boneless pork shoulder roast (3 to 4 lbs)
  • 4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 x ripe bananas unpeeled
  • 1/2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Place the roast on a 22- by 18-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with liquid smoke and soy sauce. Wash bananas and place at the base of each side of roast. Pull sides of foil up around roast; add in water. Seal foil tightly; wrap again with another large piece of foil. Place in a shallow baking pan; chill overnight, turning several times.
  2. Place foil-wrapped meat in slow-cooker. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hrs. Drain; throw away bananas and liquid. Shred meat with fork.
