  • 1 box (18.25-ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 3 pkt (3.4-ounce) instant pudding
  • 4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coconut extract
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 can (12-ounce) crushed pineapple Cold whip
  • 2 c. Coconut, toasted

Инструкции

  1. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cold completely. In large bowl combine pudding, lowfat milk and extract. Beat 2 min. Stir in pineapple. Spread over cake. Top with cold whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate2 hrs.
