1 (8 ounce.) c. lowfat sour cream 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 (1 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

1. Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Add in potatoes. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour mix in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min more or possibly till cheese is melted.
