2 pound frzn hash browns 1 c. onion, minced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pt. lowfat sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 stick butter, melted

1. Mix potatoes, onion, soup and lowfat sour cream together. Put in pan and cover with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
