2 (12 ounce.) Packages hash browns 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c. melted butter 1 teaspoon salt 2 c. Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Thaw potatoes. Combine lowfat sour cream, soup, onions, salt, and cheese. Mix with hash browns and put in a 2 qt baking dish. Top with crunchy topping: 1/4 c. melted butter
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
