Ингредиенты

1 pkg. frzn hash brown
1 med. onion
1 pt. lowfat sour cream

1 jar mushrooms, liquid removed
1 can mushroom soup
8 ounce. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Инструкции

Grease 8 x 13 inch baking pan. Put hash brown potatoes in pan. In mixing bowl mix onion (minced), lowfat sour cream, mushrooms, mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
