2 pound OreIda Fr. hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tbsp. onion, minced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. lowfat sour cream 2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated

1. Defrost potatoes (microwave). Combine all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan.
