1 stick melted butter 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes (thawed) 1 c. lowfat sour cream 2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)

1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. minced onion 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9x13 dish. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
