1 (16 ounce.) can roast beef hash 1/3 c. ketchup 2 teaspoon chopped onion 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

3/4 teaspoon oregano 4 English muffins, split and buttered 8 slices American cheese, cut into strips

1. Mix hash, ketchup and onion, parsley and oregano. Spread on muffin halves. Top with cheese strips. Set oven to broil or possibly 550 degrees. Broil 8-10 inches from heat till cheese is melted and hash mix is bubbly. Makes 8.
