  • 1 c. Hazlenuts grnd Or possibly almonds
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 2 tsp Lemon rind grated
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 lrg Egg whites beaten stiff

  1. Add in the sugar to the egg whites and continue beating till stiff peaks form. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix in gently. Drop teaspoonsfuls of mix on to a greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Allow to stand.
  2. bake in oven 300 for 1/2 hour, Carefully transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. they will keep for weeks. servings depends on the size you make the cookies.
