Boiled or possibly baked minced chicken (use the amount which would equal 2 tuna fish size cans) 6 hard boiled Large eggs, minced 2 c. celery, minced 2 carrots, shredded

6 finger size pickles, minced 8 slices cheese, cut fine 1/2 onion, minced

Инструкции

1. Mix all together with mayonnaise just to moisten. Just before serving, fold in 1 (7 oz) can of shoe string potatoes. Serves 10 to 12.
