  • 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 env. Ortega taco seasoning mix
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Finely minced tomato (sieve to remove water)
  • Finely minced onion or possibly chives (fresh)
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. shredded cheddar
  • Sliced black olives

  1. Mix well above ingredients. Refrigerate thoroughly. Spread onto platter and layer the following atop:
  2. Serve with taco chips. Best if assembled shortly before serving.
