Рецепт Harmonious Hazelnut Smoothie
A really yummy smoothie. A little lighter on the greens, but they're still in there...so delicious! A harmonious blend of cacao, hazelnut and coffee.
Harmonious Hazelnut Smoothie
Use any greens or combination of greens (kale, dandelion, chard, etc). It's all about HARMONY! I used a whole bunch of carrot tops that W got for FREE at the supermarket. Someone had cut them off of their carrots and left them, so he asked the grocer if he could have them. YUP! Super harmonious!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 -2 frozen bananas
- Blend and add the following:
- greens
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp mesquite powder (optional, but it blends well with the flavors)
- 1 tsp lucuma powder (great sweetener with a mapley taste)
- 2 drops Medicine Flower Coffee Extract
- 2 drops Medicine Flower Hazelnut Extract
