Hardboiled Eggs With Mustard Mayonnaise

Ингредиенты

  • 10 x Large eggs, (10 to 12)
  • 1 Tbsp. English mustard
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt Few turns of a white pepper mill
  • 300 ml Sunflower oil

Инструкции

  1. 1 Hard boil the Large eggs for eight min. Drain, cover with cool water and leave to cold.
  2. 2 Mustard Mayonnaise: Mix the mustard, yolks and vinegar in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil for a thick and creamy sauce. Put in a pot, cover and refrigeratetill needed. Serve with the Large eggs.
