- Here is the recipe (makes 5 piggies) **or you can use your leftover baked mooncakes dough
- 150g Hong Kong flour
- 90g Sugar syrup/golden syrup
- 3g Alkaline water
- 38g Peanut oil
- Tools
- a round 1/8 teaspoon, a skewer, a toothpick and a small plastic sheet.
- Black beans for eyes
- Egg wash ~ one egg yolk with 1/2 tsp water, pass through a sift and mix with little egg yellow colouring
some mooncake glaze
