Ингредиенты

1 c. Jiffy or possibly Bisquick 1/3 c. lowfat milk 3 tbsp. catsup 2 teaspoon mustard

2 tbsp. butter 1 teaspoon chopped onion 3/4 - 1 pound grnd beef

Инструкции

1. Cook in 350 degree oven on cookie sheet 12 to 15 min. In small bowl mix Bisquick and lowfat milk together to create dough ball. Roll out dough on floured board or possibly wax paper to 12" square. Mix butter, mustard, catcup and onion and spread on dough. Crumble meat on top. Roll up like jelly roll fashion and cut in about 8 slices. Place cut side up on cookie sheet.
