Ингредиенты

  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/4 pound pork sausage bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 recipe baking pwdr biscuits
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion till tender. Add in meat; cook till brown. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Roll out biscuit dough into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Spread meat on dough and roll like a jelly roll. Cut into slices. Place, cut side up, on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 min.
  2. Sauce: 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 c. lowfat milk. Mix and heat through. Pour over pinwheels right before serving.
