Ингредиенты

1 lg. onion, cut into rings 1 pound hamburger Seasonings 1 pie shell

2 Large eggs 1 sm. cottage cheese 2 tbsp. Bisquick

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onion rings, add in hamburger, stir till cooked. Add in seasonings. Stir in Bisquick and let cold. Put into pie shell.
2. In a bowl, beat the Large eggs and cottage cheese. Pour over hamburger mix. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 45 min in a 375 degree oven.
