Ингредиенты

1 pound hamburger 1 can French onion soup 1 can diced potatoes or possibly 2 c. cooked & cubed 1 sm. can sliced carrots or possibly 1 c. cooked carrots Pepper to taste

No salt needed 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 c. cool water 1 can 10 count flaky biscuits

1. In a large skillet, brown hamburger and soup, potatoes and carrots, liquid in can and all.
2. Simmer together 15 min. Thicken mix with cornstarch and water. Turn mix into a 9"x13" cake pan and cover top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till biscuits are well browned. Serves 4.
