Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 T shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. cut green beans (canned), liquid removed
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Brown grnd beef and small onion in 1 tbsp hot shortening. Season with salt and pepper. Add in 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, 2 cups canned green beans, liquid removed. Pour into greased baking dish or possibly 8" square pan. Prepare drop biscuit dough using 2 cups biscuit mix. Drop biscuit batter on top of meat mix. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till biscuits are brown and done.
