  • 1 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 x clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 can pork and beans, (16 ounce.)
  • 1 can tomato sauce, (8 ounce.)
  • 1 dsh Biscuits, See recipe

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook and stir grnd beef, onion and garlic in 10" skillet till beef is brown; drain.
  3. Mix beef mix, mustard, pork and beans and tomato sauce in ungreased 1 1/2 qt round casserole.
  4. Prepare Drop Biscuits as directed.
  5. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto beef mix; sprinkle with cornmeal mix.
  6. Bake uncovered till biscuits are golden, 25 to 30 min.
